Shipping, Turnaround, and Production Times

Custom Orders 2-6 Weeks
Custom order completion time will vary depending on the project and other work in the queue. Please contact us to get the most up to date schedule.

Retail
Retail items that we have available will vary and often be very limited. There will be at least 24 hours notice of its availability posted to the Geek & Muse Collection Facebook group and will be available to purchase via our website. Retail processing/shipping times are 3-5 Business Days

Cancelations
Retail: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. No cancellations after 24 hours.
Custom Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before production is started. Once work has begun no cancellations.

Refunds/Replacement
Please contact us ASAP if....

(1) Your order was damaged during shipping upon receiving it.
(2) Your order is incorrect or missing parts.
***PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL***
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order in order to get a solution or replacement.
Orders that have been worn or washed are not eligible for refunds or exchanges..

INSURANCE AND SHIPPING

All Priority packages include $100 in insurance (unless international, which includes $200) through USPS. Shipping insurance to cover the value of the purchase will be added to all orders. You can purchase additional insurance through Route or other 3rd party providers if you wish.
